The 737 MAX still nailed to the ground

Almost a year ago, on March 15, 2019, I was writing an article asking why the FAA was not grounding the Boeing 737 MAX fleet. A few days after this article, the FAA decided to ground the 737 MAX. A year later, the 737 MAX is still not flying and the planes are piling up in the parking lots.

It remains unclear when the 737 MAX will be allowed to fly again. According to a recent article in the Seattle Times, Boeing still hopes to fly the plane again by the middle of the year.
